This national park is open year-round with zero admission costs, but you will have to leave four-legged family members at home. Mount Lindesay has a range of flora and fauna due to the rich soils and minerals throughout the park, but the main attraction is the granite outcrop. The full trail is 10km and reaches 385m above sea level. Reaching the summit peak is moderately challenging and not the ideal hike for beginners. Leave around 5 hours to walk, explore, and capture the breathtaking 360-degree view of the lowland scrub and the vast farmland of the town.
